Programs

In 2019, Horizons Bridgeport was formed with its affiliated programs, Horizons at Greens Farms Academy, Horizons at Sacred Heart University, and Horizons at Notre Dame High School. Over the next 2-3 years, Horizons Bridgeport will expand to house 4 regionally coordinated sites, eventually enabling over 1,000 Bridgeport students to participate in Horizons. These sites share best practices, enhance collaboration, and support the growth in Bridgeport programs.
